How it works

  1. 1

Paste one bullet per line — duties are fine, that's the starting point.

  2. 2

Add the target job title, and the job description if you have it.

  3. 3

Review three rewrites per bullet and fill in the result placeholders with your real numbers.

What recruiters look for

Duties describe the job. Bullets describe you.

“Responsible for onboarding” is true of anyone in the role. What changed because you did it? That's the part a recruiter remembers.

Numbers don't need to be huge

Team size, volume, frequency, time saved, budget handled — all of these give scale. Estimates are fine if you can explain them in an interview.

One idea per bullet

If a bullet needs a semicolon, it's probably two bullets. Aim for one to two lines each.

Questions

Does this tool make up results for me?+

No. When a bullet has no measurable outcome, the rewrite includes a clearly marked placeholder so you can add a real figure. Inventing numbers is the fastest way to lose credibility in an interview.

How many bullets should each role have?+

Usually three to five for recent roles and one to three for older ones. Prioritise the bullets most relevant to the job you're applying for.

Is my data stored?+

No. The text you paste is processed in your browser and is not saved.
